REFUND, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE POLICY - RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Returns must be accompanied by an return authorization e-mail. Please e-mail us with your order information and a reason for the return. We will reply via e-mail with return instructions, which must be included in your return package.
Unopened/New items that remain in their original shipping packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of your purchase (refund excludes shipping fees). This policy applies to retail customers only.
Opened items, provided they are in NEW condition may also be returned for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase (Refund excludes shipping fees).
Defective items must be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund.
